1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Future Focus Company website and utilizing our recruitment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
2. Services Provided
Future Focus Company acts as an intermediary facilitating overseas employment. We connect qualified international candidates with verified employers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
3. Terms for Job Seekers
• Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided (CV, experience, passport, educational certificates) is true, accurate, and valid. Submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
• No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting an application does not guarantee job placement or visa approval. Final selection is at the sole discretion of the employer, and visa issuance is determined by the respective embassy.
Future Focus Company operates strictly within government-approved fee structures. We do not charge unauthorized upfront recruitment fees. Candidates are strictly advised not to pay any money to third-party brokers or unofficial sub-agents claiming to represent us.
4. Terms for Employers
• Compliance with Labor Laws
Employers must ensure that all job offers comply with the labor laws of the host country (e.g., MHRSD in KSA).
• Accurate Job Descriptions
Employers must provide clear and accurate information regarding salary, working hours, accommodation, and benefits.
Replacement Guarantee (90 Days)
Our 90-day free replacement guarantee is strictly applicable only if the deployed candidate is found medically or technically unfit, subject to the conditions outlined in our official Manpower Supply Agreement.
5. Website Usage and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Future Focus Company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or copying of any material is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Future Focus Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website, rejection of visas by embassies, or disputes arising between the employer and the employee post-deployment.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and the operational compliance laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
